Campus Updates
Staff were very busy this summer with projects! You will notice many details on Phnom Penh campus, but here are just a few:
New guard stand
Painted walls
New stage in Park Cafe
ARC has moved to the 1st level (previously Ground Level) and now has library access
IB rooms have also moved to the opposite side of the library
Lots of wonderful improvements are still to come in the year ahead!

This year we decided to add all the larger school events happening throughout the year on the school calendar so you can be even more informed! We are very excited to add so many activities and events back in at HOPE.

Primary Parent Pick Up
All primary parents will be issued Pick Up Cards (2 copies) and will present this card upon entry of the Primary gate to collect your student(s). If there are multiple Primary students in your family, they will all be listed on the card.
Steps:
Please show your Pick Up Card to the guard
Connect with your child who will be waiting on the basketball court
Exit through the Secondary Gate
If someone else is picking up your child, please either inform the office or provide your Pick Up Card to that individual to use. These will be issued to the oldest sibling/student (if multiple) in Primary during the first week of school.
Students must be picked up by 2:40 pm!
We appreciate your patience as we add a new process that is focused on keeping our children safe and secure!

What do I do if my student is absent?
The Academic Office is taking over attendance tracking at HOPE. Please email academic@hope.edu.kh (CC the pastoral teacher) for all communication regarding student absences. The Academic Office will now be the contact for all excused and unexcused absences.
The Front Office will be involved with student absences only to issue late passes and leaving early passes. Please email the Front Office at office@hope.edu.kh (CC the Academic Office and pastoral teacher) if your student will leave campus before 2:30pm for a doctor's appointment or an embassy appointment.
Students will be marked as tardy/late if they arrive on campus after 8:05am. All students who arrive late will check in at the Front Office to receive a late pass.

Updated Visitor & Volunteer Process
All parents, volunteers, and visitors must check in at the front office (not the guard stand) and receive a lanyard when entering campus.
This includes assembilies, sports events, parent prayer, or any other activity on campus outside of drop off and pick up.
Please return the lanyard and check out at the front desk!
The playground and cafe will be open from 2:30-4:00pm, please check in at the front office to receive a lanyard.

Meals cards available for purchase the first day of school, as well as every Monday and Friday
Student Moto Pass
Request
All students who are driving a moto to campus must complete this form and return it to the front office. They will be issued a HOPE Parking Pass Sticker which will allow them entry to campus each day.
The pass must be displayed on the front of the moto.
